Considering being a vegetarian? Here's your options:

Lacto Ovo Vegetarian: Doesn't eat any meat, poultry, fish, but eats eggs and dairy products.

Lacto Vegetarian: Doesn't eat meat, fish, poultry, or eggs, but eats dairy products. Nothing with eggs though...like ice cream, baked goods, or veggie burgers with eggs.

Vegan: Doesn't eat meat, fish, poultry, eggs, or dairy products. Doesn't use non-food items that are made from animal products (like wool, leather, silk). They also don't eat honey. Many also don't eat white sugar because "it is often processed by using char derived from animal bones to whiten the sugar". They don't use products that were tested on animals. What they eat: vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, fruits and seeds. While I could never live a vegan lifestyle, I admire the people who do.

Macrobiotics: Mainly vegetarian, but eats seafood. However, they don't eat meat, poultry, eggs, or dairy products. They also don't eat "nightshade vegetables" (potato, pepper, eggplant), refined sugar, or tropical fruits.

Fruitarian: Eats only fruits and vegetables.

Raw or Living Food Diet: Eats only raw foods. Never cook any food. (the website did not specify whether or not these people eat meat.)

Lacto Ovo Fishitarian: This is not an actual category, I just made it up. It's what I am. I don't eat meat or poultry, but I eat fish, eggs, and dairy products. I try to refrain from wearing leather shoes, belts, or other leather clothing. It's a work in progress, I still have a pair of dress shoes I have to get rid of.

I'm also what one would call a "moral vegetarian"...I'm vegetarian not for religious or health reasons, I'm vegetarian just because I think it's wrong to kill animals for food. However, I am not one of those "moral vegetarians" who thinks that they are somehow morally superior to those who are not vegetarian. No worries there. Do whatever you want, just don't shove meat in my face. (Yes, people have done that to me.) Same with leather jackets. *coughbriancoughmattcough*
